PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client – that’s what makes it personal! You can choose to workout with your trainer as often as five times per week but most clients opt for one to three training sessions per week for maximum effectiveness. You can also choose to train for 30 minute or 60 minute sessions depending on your time. We make every attempt possible to customize a plan that is going to work within your schedule and budget and that will ensure success.

PARTNER TRAINING
With partner training you share a personal trainer with a friend or spouse. Partner training adds an extra degree of motivation, accountability, and fun, as well as reduces the per person cost.  Partner sessions with your personal trainer are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend!  Fitness should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It helps if you can bring your own partner, but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and goals we can match you up with.

SPORTS SPECIFIC 
Everyday Fitness has created one of the most cutting edge One on One or team Sports Performance coaching programs. Our coaching program brings the latest in sports specific training to deliver the most advanced Sports Performance training programs available. Sports specific coaching is customized for those who want a set solution for a sports specific issue. This works on solving the exact training issue you are trying to improve, and works in a program format where there is an expected outcome you reach at the end of your program.

SENIOR FITNESS
Everyday Fitness has designed special programs with our senior members in mind; exercise programs at a reasonable pace with minimal impact and special attention to concerns like balance, strength and flexibility, exercises to help prevent osteoporosis and maintain posture.  These programs are taught in a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere in small groups or on personal bases.  Everyday Fitness Senior Programs are ideal for those new to exercise and/or the health club experience.
